The following features and improvements are now live in FundPanel:
Improvements to Communications
- Added a new version of Email Template Bodies for Capital Calls, Distributions, and Capital Accounts.
- Added validation on all Fund Communications to block sending a communication that has an improper Investor Portal URL that contains hard coded Organization or Vehicle Ids from a URL improperly copied from another Organization.
- Fixed Issue with Client Communication Investment Vehicle Filter using Tax Form Date.
- Documents uploaded with a Fund Communication can not be uploaded multiple times creating duplicates within the same Fund Communication.
- Updated Fund Communication "Upload Statements to LP Portal" button to include the ability to remove documents that were uploaded using the "Remove All Document Tab Documents" and "Remove All Capital Call/Distribution/Capital Account Tab Documents" options so that documents uploaded via a Fund Communication with an error can be removed and easily re-uploaded.
Investor Relations Updates
- Added Validation Rule to Contact to ensure the user can not make changes to the "Portal Request Status" and "Portal Contact Enabled".
- Updated "Manage Contact Roles" to handle a very large number of contact roles.
- Added Email Addresses to Contact Roles and the Contact's Contact Role related list.
- Added a "Recalculate Capital Accounts" button to Capital Account Parents and Capital Accounts that allows you to either recalculate all capital account statements after making changes or selectively recalculate statements that come after the statement selected.
Portfolio Updates
- Updated Schedule of Investment Report pdf and xls documents to Include the As Of Date.
- Updated Transaction Audit report to use the proper Fund name instead of the field that combines Fund name and Total Capital Committed.
- Fixed Xero Sync error when syncing Transaction with Xero where the Reference field is being populated with to value that has too many characters.
