Standard Ticket Response Time:


URGENT Ticket Response Time:


  • Tickets Submitted to support@fundpanel.io with the keyword: "Urgentin the Subject Line will receive a response within 2-4 business hours or sooner.  



Ticket Resolution Time:


  • We will try and resolve all tickets as soon as possible but, we can not guarantee a resolution time. 


Ticket Forwarding:


  • If an LP or GP submits a support ticket to support@fundpanel.io and they are requesting details specific to Account and not related to Login Issues, LP Portal Issues, or, other technical issues then their ticket will be forwarded to the clientname@aduroadvisors.com email address so the Account Rep assigned to that customer can coordinate a resolution or directly communicate with the LP.
