FundPanel often receives requests to set up users for both the back-end and the analytics dashboard. It's essential to understand that these terms refer to the same concept: granting access to users within the FundPanel system. However, the level of access can vary based on the user's needs.


Understanding FundPanel Access Levels

When setting up a user, the FundPanel team can configure access in two main ways:

  • Restricted Access: Users can be granted limited access to only the analytics dashboard and reports. This is ideal for users who need to view and analyze data without accessing other parts of the system.
  • Full Access: Users can be given broader access to more features within the back-end of FundPanel. This is suitable for users who require more comprehensive functionality, such as managing data or accessing additional reporting capabilities.


If the user requires some sort of in-between access level that goes beyond the scope of the two access levels mentioned above, the FundPanel support team can work with you and your team to understand the clients needs and configure the appopriate access levels required.


Licensing and Pricing

Each standard Client Service Agreement (CSA) includes three back-end user licenses. To check how many licenses are currently in use, you can contact the FundPanel support team.


If additional licenses are needed to grant access to more users, such as GPs, the FundPanel team can assist in ordering these licenses. Please note that pricing for these licenses is subject to change and should be confirmed with the FundPanel support team. The pricing information provided applies to a standard CSA, so if you suspect there might be exceptions for a particular client, it's advisable to check with client services.
