User and Document Activity from the Investor Portal Admin Page

Accessing the Admin Page


Administrators of an organization's portal will have access to an 'Admin' page that delivers valuable insights into historical user and document activity.  To access the 'Admin' page, first select an organization from the default home page and then click the 'Admin' button at the top right of the page. 



User Activity


The 'Admin' page will open to the 'User Activity' tab.  'User Activity' details the total number of enabled contacts and which of those contacts have been active.  Administrators can search for specific contacts or sort by any of the column headers. The 'Last Logged-in' column will indicate the last login date and time for each user. If a user has not logged in, this column will read 'Null'. 


The 'User Activity' data can be exported by using the 'Export CSV' button.



Document Activity


The Document Activity tab records user interactions with all the documents available on the portal.  The Document Activity tab lists every historical document for the organization, and lists the document type, associated fund, and document issue date.  The 'Document Activity' tab is searchable and sortable by document name, type, fund, and issue date.  When a document is selected, the document interaction activity fields Username, Last viewed, and Times Viewed will display on the left hand side.  This page is useful to understand what documents are commonly being interacted with, and what users are frequently interacting with the documents in the portal.  


The Document Activity data can be exported into a csv file using the Export CSV button.  You can use this CSV to determine what contacts have accessed particular documents.
