When a new version of the Analytics Dashboard is available you can manually update the Dashboard from the Analytics Studio app.
Note: If you have made customizations or edits to your Dashboard, updating to the latest version will revert these changes. Please contact support if you have a customized Dashboard and you would like to retain the customizations.
Updating The Analytics Dashboard
To upgrade to the newest version of the Analytics Dashboard, navigate to Analytics studio.
- Select "All Items" under the Browse header on the right side menu, and click on "Aduro FundPanel Analytics" under Apps.
- If an upgrade is available you will see a banner at the top of the screen announcing the update, you can select See Details to see what is included with the new version, or click on the blue hyperlink that reads Update Available.
- A window will display with information on what improvements are included with the upgrade. Click Looks good, Upgrade.
- A warning window will then display alerting you that upgrading will delete any customizations or edits made to the dashboard. If you want to retain your customized dashboard you can select Create new app, to create a new dashboard that will have the updates included, and your customized dashboard will be saved. If you want to proceed with updating your current dashboard, select Upgrade Current App.
- A second warning window will pop up double checking that you want to proceed with the upgrade. Select Upgrade App to continue.
- The upgrade will begin and you will see the status as it upgrades. When the update is complete you will see Application Complete and you are all set! An email will be sent to the client alias letting you know the Dashboard was upgraded successfully.
