The custom SOI (Schedule of Investments) report can be generated from the Fund record in Salesforce via custom button. The Cost Per Share field on this custom SOI report is set to use four decimals. To run the custom SOI report in Salesforce:
- Navigate to the Fund record.
- Click 'Schedule of Investments Reports' button.
- Set the 'As of Date' of the report.
- Click 'Generate and Preview' button.
- Click 'Save Report'.
This custom SOI report is now saved within the 'Documents' related list on the Fund record.
- Navigate back to the Fund record.
- Click into this document under the Documents related list.
- Click View to download the report into Excel or PDF.
