Filtering the Transaction Audit Report by Date

Running a Transaction Audit report can be helpful to review all historical transactions, or to filter by a particular time period. To run a Transaction Audit Report:


  • Navigate to the Reports tab.
  • Click into the FundPanel reports folder.
  • Type in Transaction Audit and click on the Transaction Audit Report. 


Add Filters or Additional Columns

  • To add any additional columns or set any filters, click Customize.


  • You can replace the existing Fund: Fund Name column with the Fund Name column.  
  • Search Fund under fields.
  • Click and drag the Fund Name column over into the report.  You will see a green check mark     


  • To delete the Fund: Fund Name column, click on the drop down arrow to the right of the column header and click Remove Column.


  • Click Save to apply any changes permanently to the report.  


Adding Date Filters to the Report

  • To filter by date, select Date under Transactions from Date Fields drop down.  


  • Select a date range from the Range drop down, for example Previous FY will pull all transactions that took place in the previous Fiscal year, Previous FQ will pull all transactions that took place in the previous Quarter. 
  • Or enter a From and To date.          


  • Click Run Report at the top and the report will generate.
