Image Mismatch Troubleshooting

If you are seeing a logo mismatch issue when viewing document on Google Chrome vs Adobe Acrobat, there is most likely an issue with the image format.



Download the Image

  1. Navigate to Documents
    1. Go to All Tabs (the + button at the end of the tabs list)
    2. Navigate into Documents (Icon is a white page)
    3. Click Go! to get into the Shared Documents list
  2. Click View for the file you wish to view
  3. Right-Click and click Save As... on the image to download it


Re-save the Image

  1. Open the downloaded image in MS Paint
  2. Go to Save As... and save the image as a JPEG
  3. Ensure that the file size is still under 20KB


Add the Logo to the Template


Ensure the new logo is added to any fund communications already created or the template with the guide below.

Double-check

Create a communication with the new logo. Ensure that it appears correctly in the browser, and if downloaded and opened in Adobe.
