What does this feature mean for...
Limited Partners: Provides oversight across their FundPanel-managed commitments and quick access to key tasks such as paying Capital Calls and downloading documents.

Potential LP Questions
1. General & Navigational Questions
- Question: What is this new "Investor Dashboard"? I'm used to seeing something different when I log in.- Example Response: This is the new FundPanel Investor Dashboard, a feature designed to make your experience simpler and more efficient. It provides a centralized dashboard where you can see consolidated information, like outstanding capital calls and recent documents, from all your Aduro-managed investments in one place. Instead of clicking into each individual fund portal, you can now see the key details together.

- Question: How do I see a more detailed breakdown for just one of my fund managers?
- Example Response: You have a couple of easy ways to do that. You can either click on that manager’s specific bar in the "Commitment Summary" chart to jump directly to their funds, or you can use the "Fund Manager Filter" at the top of the page to select only the manager you wish to see.
- Question:The button on the chart says View by “Fund” or “Fund Manager", what do these options do?- Example Response: The default view shows your commitments grouped by Fund Manager. Clicking on View by Fund will switch the view to show a list of all your individual funds. Clicking it again will return you to the Fund Manager view.

2. Document-Related Questions
- Question:How can I download multiple recent documents at once?- Example Response: When you click the icon next to "Recent Documents," it opens a document downloader tool. From there, you should be able to select the documents you need. Please note, we are aware of a bug where unchecking the "Recent Documents" box does not always update correctly, and our team is actively working on a fix.

3. Capital Call Questions
- Question:I have several overdue capital calls. How can I see the total I owe without accidentally double-paying?- Example Response: The "Total Calls Due" widget at the top of the page gives you a sum of all outstanding capital calls across your investments. When you click into the "Manage Capital Calls Due" screen, it lists each call individually. The amount shown for each call is specific to that notice, so you can be confident you are not double-paying when you handle each one.

- Question:Can I sort the list of my due capital calls by the amount or the due date?- Example Response: Currently, the list of capital calls cannot be sorted. This is a great suggestion, and we appreciate the feedback. We've passed it along to our product team for consideration in a future enhancement.

Fund Manager FAQs
1. Data Privacy & Control
- Question: I thought we already had this tab set up for my Firm?- Example response: You may have the Overview Tab enabled for your firm, the Overview tab should Commitment Summary information and Fund Performance Metrics specifically for your organization. The Investor Dashboard provides a Commitment Summary and Recent Documents panel across all of a FundPanel user’s investments hosted on FundPanel.

- Question: Is my fund's data being commingled with data from other managers? How do you ensure this is secure?- Example Response: The security of your data is our top priority. The Investor Dashboard is a personalized dashboard for each Investor. It only aggregates the data for the specific investments they have, and the data remains securely stored and clearly attributed to you. There is no comingling of data between managers; the feature simply presents an LP with a consolidated view of their own investments that are hosted on FundPanel.

- Question: I have certain tabs, like "Commitments and Distributions" turned off in my firm's FundPanel portal. Will my LPs now be able to see that data on this new Investor Dashboard?- Example Response: This data will be hidden on your firm’s specific Portal and will be hidden from the Overview tab within your firm’s FundPanel instance. Any communications you send to LPs directing them to your portal will link directly to your own Portal instance. On the Investor Dashboard, all data points will pull through for the corresponding permissions that a contact has, e.g. if a Contact has Capital Call permission for a specific role then the current Capital Calls totals and outstanding Capital Call objects will pull through.

2. LP Experience & Support
- Question: How are you communicating this change to my LPs and users? Will this create confusion and more questions for my team?- Example Response: We will send a direct email to LPs announcing the new, simpler way to view their investments on October 29th. The goal of this feature is actually to reduce the number of routine questions your team receives by making it easier for LPs to self-serve and find information like recent documents or outstanding capital calls. LPs will feel more empowered and in control, which strengthens your relationship with them.

- Question: One of my LPs is saying the numbers on their "Total Calls Due" widget seem wrong. Are there issues with the page?- Example Response: We are aware that in some cases, the total number of calls displayed in the "Total Calls Due" widget may not update correctly when filters are applied. Our engineering team is investigating this as a high priority. The detailed "Manage Capital Calls Due" screen that appears when you click on the widget will always show the correct, specific information for each call.

3. Feature Functionality
- Question: This is great, but what was the main driver for building this?- Example Response: The primary challenge we aimed to solve was that LPs often waste time navigating multiple portals to piece together a full picture of their investments. The Investor Dashboard was built to provide a consolidated, clear, and simple experience for them. For you, this translates to happier, more informed investors and fewer repetitive questions directed at your team.

- Question: Is this something other fund administration platforms offer?- Example Response: This consolidated view is a unique capability that we can provide due to FundPanel's scale and the broad network of funds we support. It's a key differentiator that enhances the experience for your LPs.
