Accessing Capital Call Reports

FundPanel provides pre-built reports for capital calls. You can find these by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab in the Salesforce app.
  2. Search for 'Capital Call' in the search bar.
  3. Among the search results, you'll find the 'Capital Call Summary' report, which gives you an overview of all Capital Calls, grouped by Fund, regardless of their payment status.



Reviewing Total Over/Under Paid Values

You can quickly check the Total Over/Under Paid values from within individual capital call records. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Fund page in FundPanel.
  2. Locate the 'Capital Commitments' related list on the Fund page.
  3. The 'Total Over / Under Paid' field in each Capital Commitment record shows whether the commitment is over or underpaid.

Drilling Down into Capital Commitment Details

If you want more details on a specific Capital Commitment, follow these steps:

  1. Click the name of the Capital Commitment from the 'Capital Commitments' related list (e.g., Commitment 71).
     
  2. Each Capital Commitment record displays its respective Commitment amount.
  3. You can further drill down into each Capital Call listed beneath the commitment to view details like the call amount, date, and status.

By using FundPanel's built-in reports and features, you can easily review and validate capital call payment history for better fund management. Keep track of your commitments, payments, and overall financial health to ensure success in your investment operations.
