Updating the Client Contact Information on the Investor Portal K-1 Acceptance Form

The phone number & address for a client are entered upon initial setup of the client's investor portal. This information is surfaced at the bottom of K-1 acceptance forms to which investors must agree prior to use of the investor portal. 


This contact information can be updated at any time from the client's FundPanel system via the following steps:


    1. Navigate to the Portal Access tab within the Investor Relations app. 



2. Replace the information within either the Phone or Address field according to whichever information needs to be updated. Note that you can drag the diagonal lines at the bottom right of the 'Address' text box to expand the text area and ensure the address is formatted correctly.



3. Press Update to complete the process. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for this information to get updated on the portal.


Updating Email Address related to K-1 Consent Form in the Investor Portal


In the client's Salesforce Org

  • Navigate to Salesforce Setup.
  • Search and click into Custom Settings.
  • Click Manage next to FundPanel Investor Portal Settings.



Click Edit next to Default.



Edit the Email field and press Save.
