Attaching Additional Files to FundPanel Communications

Every FundPanel communication type includes a section called "Notes & Attachments". This section can be used to attach additional files to a communication prior to the communication being sent out. 


To attach files in this way, simply follow the prompts after pressing the "Attach File" button:

Pressing "Attach File" takes you to the following upload sequence screen:



The steps are fairly straightforward on this page - pressing "Choose File" opens up your file browser to allow you to locate and select your file. Once you have your file chosen, it will show up next to the "Choose File" button. 


Press "Attach File" to ensure your file is included as an attachment on the communication. Once attached successfully, the screen will update to look like this: 




Press "Done" on this screen & you will be taken back to the communication record. The file should now show up within "Notes & Attachments":



Once the communication has been sent, these files will now show up as additional attachments in your sent email to recipients. 


Repeat this process for any additional files you wish to attach to the communication.
