Navigating the Portal Access Tab in FundPanel

In this article, we'll walk you through the different sections of the Portal Access tab in the Salesforce FundPanel app. This tab enables users to easily edit details that are displayed on the investor portal.

Org Admin Details Section


The Org Admin Details section contains two fields: Phone and Address. When Limited Partners (LPs) log in to your organization for the first time, they will be prompted to consent to an electronic K1 consent agreement. The contact information in these fields will appear at the bottom of the K1 acceptance agreement, providing LPs with your contact information in case they have questions or concerns about the K1 consent agreement.


Organization Logo Section

This section controls the logo displayed to LPs when visiting your investor portal. The URL here must point to an image that has been uploaded to Salesforce. To upload your organization's logo to Salesforce, please refer to the following article:

Additional Portal Administrator Accounts Section
