The investor portal logo can be adjusted at any time from within the client's FundPanel system.
To insert or update a logo from within FundPanel:
- Navigate to the + icon to view more available tabs.
- Click Documents tab (with the white paper icon).
- Select the appropriate Document Folder that contains your Company Logo file and click Go.
- Click into your Company Logo document file.
- Right click on the image itself and click the 'Copy image address'.
- Navigate to the Portal Access tab.
- Paste the copied image address in the Portal Logo URL field. You should see the Logo Preview image be updated to your desired company logo.
- Click Update.
Please note: it may take up to 15 minutes for the Investor Portal's company logo to be updated.
