Capital Call, Distribution, and Capital Account Creation - Save As Draft
When a Capital Call, Distribution, and Capital Account is created, the Save As Draft option will be auto-selected. When the Save As Draft option is selected, the object being created will be both Hidden From Portal and Hidden from Roll-Up Calculation.
*Communications related to a Capital Call, Distribution, or Capital Account Parent will not send unless both Hide From Portal and Hide From Rollup Calculation are selected.
Hide From Portal
When a Capital Call, Distribution, and Capital Account is hidden from the Portal, the object will be hidden from displaying on the respective tab. However the amount will still roll-up into calculations on the Overview, Funds, and Commitments tab unless Hide From Rollup Calculation is also selected.

If Hide From Roll-Ups is selected on a Capital Call, that Capital Call will be excluded from:
Investor Portal Overview Tab: Total Called, Estimated Value, Estimated TVPI, and Combined Fund Performance graph
Investor Portal Funds Tab: Total Called and Percent Called
Investor Portal Commitments Tab: Total Called, Total Called (Due), Total Called (Paid), Total Over/(Under) Paid
Fund Detail: Total Called, Total Called (Due), Total Called (Paid), Total Over/(Under) Paid, Percent Called
Commitment Detail: Total Called, Total Called (Due), Total Called (Paid), Total Over/(Under) Paid
Fund Metrics: TVPI, DPI, Net IRR
If Hide From Roll-Ups is selected on a Distribution, that Distribution will be excluded from:
Investor Portal Overview Tab: Total Distributions, Estimated Value, Estimated TVPI, and Combined Fund Performance graph

Manage Visibility
Both Portal and Rollup Calculation visibility can be edited from the Parent Capital Call, Distribution, or Capital Account.
- On the Funds tab, there is a list view to easily see which objects are Hidden from Portal and/or Hidden From Roll-Up Calculation.
- The Manage Visibility Button can be used to easily manage both Portal Visibility and Hide From Roll-Up across all Capital Calls, Distributions, Capital Accounts, and Documents.
